CHC Medical is still open and taking appointments for the health needs of you and your family, however, there are some important changes to our services.

To reduce the spread of Coronavirus to practitioners, staff and patients, we are offering telephone consults to all patients. Telephone consults allow you to communicate directly with your doctor, without the need to venture into the community. If a further face-to-face consult is required, this can be arranged by your doctor in the teleconference.

We can also send prescriptions directly to your chosen pharmacy, which may be able to arrange a home delivery. This will further reduce your need to venture into the community.
